These terms cover your use of the Nimbus Park Resort website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Website information and enquiries
We aim to keep information about the resort accurate and current, but room details, services, menus, prices and availability may change. Contact the resort to confirm details relevant to your visit.
Submitting an enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when the resort or the booking provider you use confirms it. Reservations made through an external provider are also subject to that provider’s displayed terms and conditions.
External services
This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and Booking.com. Those services are operated independently, and their own terms apply when you use them.
