This policy describes information handled through the Nimbus Park Resort website. It applies to this website and its online enquiry forms.
Information you provide
When you submit a stay enquiry, the website sends the name, email address, phone number, requested dates and any special request you enter to the resort’s enquiry service at npi.nimbuspark.com so the resort can respond. Event enquiries send the name, email address, event type and message you provide to that service.
The separate guest-details page may let you select ID files for local preview. That page currently does not upload or store those files; do not send identity documents by email or another channel unless the resort has provided a secure method and instructions.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text enquiry fields.
Analytics and browser storage
